Mini-bikes, ATV's, or other APV's !!!!

Ohio law prohibits the use non-registered vehicles on city streets and roads.  According to Ohio law, an “all-purpose vehicle” or APV is “any self-propelled vehicle designed primarily for cross-country travel on land and water, or on more than one type of terrain, and steered by wheels or caterpillar treads, or any combination thereof, including vehicles that operate on a cushion of air, vehicles commonly known as all-terrain vehicles, all-season vehicles, mini-bikes, and trail bikes.”

Street Parking

Please be considerate of your neighbors and limit street parking to guests or temporarily.  If you must park temporarily on the street, please park in front of your own home. 

Mailboxes

Please check your mailboxes and numbers to make sure they are in good repair (not rusty and house numbers are visible).  Should you need to replace your mailbox/post the HOA Board recommends replacing the post with this item readily available at Home Depot.  White mailboxes, plastic or metal are also available.  Please consult your CC&R's for specific requirements.
